12V Fuel Transfer Pump Series Models

For various applications including Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, and Mineral Spirits, we offer several configurations: - Pump Only: 12V 15 GPM fuel pump with a power cord and filter. - Pump with Accessories & Suction Hose: Comprehensive kit including discharge hose, suction hose, manual nozzle, and power cord. - Pump with Accessories & Suction Pipe: Similar to the previous kit but substitutes the suction hose with a suction pipe.

Daily Operation Instructions:

1. Attach tubing securely to the tank's ends. If no appropriate slot is available, grip the delivery tube firmly before dispensing.
2. Ensure the delivery valve is closed (either at the dispensing nozzle or line valve) before starting the pump.
3. Switch the ON/OFF control to the ON position. The bypass valve permits functionality with the delivery closed but only for short intervals.
4. Once ready, open the delivery valve while securely holding the tubing. To stop dispensing, close the delivery valve.
5. After dispensing, remember to turn off the pump.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Firmly fasten all suction pipe sections and connect them to the tank adapter. Extend the suction pipe to within 3 inches of the tank bottom.
2. Secure the adapter into the tank or barrel opening ensuring it is threaded properly into an undamaged bung.
3. Ensure that electrical supply lines are inactive during installation and maintenance.
4. Always switch off the unit before connecting electrical power.
5. Verify the correct rotational direction of the DC pump and check the polarity if reversed:
6. BLACK wire: Positive (+)
7. WHITE wire: Negative (-)
8. Design systems to minimize suction lift; the maximum "equivalent feet of lift" for diesel fuel is 8 feet.
9. Ensure that the tank or barrel is properly vented and consider using a water separator for diesel.
